Questions and answers

What is Project3000?
Project3000 is a hosting platform for web apps built with AI tools. You paste one prompt into your AI tool, it prepares and uploads your project, and one click puts the app live on a secure link, with a database and cache included. Packages: Basic $9.90, Pro $24.90, Business $49.90 per app per month.
Which AI tools work with Project3000?
Any AI coding assistant that can work inside your project folder and run commands: ChatGPT’s Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot’s agent mode and similar tools. Apps made in Lovable, Bolt or Replit work too: download or export the code to a folder, then open that folder in one of those AI tools.
Do I need to know anything about servers or code?
No. Your AI tool does the technical part: it writes the Dockerfile and manifest, connects the database and uploads the project. You approve its steps, then click Deploy in the dashboard.
What kind of apps can I deploy?
Web apps of any kind: websites, dashboards, tools, APIs, chat apps and full-stack apps with frontend, backend and background workers, in any language that runs in a container. Native mobile apps and apps that need a GPU are not supported.
How much does it cost?
Basic $9.90, Pro $24.90, Business $49.90 per app per month, in US dollars before VAT or sales tax. Each app has its own package. You can cancel anytime; the app stays live until the end of the billing period.
Which package do I need?
Basic suits small tools and personal projects, Pro (recommended) suits real apps with a database and users, and Business suits busy apps that need reserved processing and more memory. The homepage’s “Which package do I need?” gives you a prompt that lets your AI check your project and recommend one. See how to choose a package.
Is a database included?
Yes. Every app gets its own PostgreSQL-compatible database and Redis-compatible cache, already running and included in the price. If your app was written for MySQL, SQLite or MongoDB, your AI converts it when it prepares the upload. Apps can also keep using outside services such as Supabase or Firebase.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Business: one domain plus its www address. In the dashboard, open the app and choose Change domain; it shows the two DNS records to add, and the HTTPS certificate is set up automatically. Basic apps use their your-name.apps.project3000.io address.
Is HTTPS included?
Yes. Every app is served over HTTPS with a free certificate, on its project3000.io address and on your own domain, renewed automatically.
How do I update my app?
In the dashboard, choose Redeploy and paste the redeploy prompt into your AI tool. It uploads the new version and keeps your live data. If the new version fails to start, the version that was already live keeps running.
What happens if a server fails?
Every app runs as two copies on separate servers. If one server stops, the other copy keeps serving your visitors, and a replacement server starts automatically.
Do you back up my app?
We keep backups for disaster recovery only, not as a restore service for your app. Always keep your own copy: the Download button in your dashboard gives you the complete app (code, files and database) as one ZIP.
How big can my app be?
The upload limit is 256 MB on Basic, 1 GB on Pro and 2 GB on Business, up to 20,000 files per upload. Storage for files and database together is 1 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB.
Can my app send email, take payments or call AI APIs?
Yes. Apps can connect to outside services such as Stripe, an email provider or the OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini APIs. Your AI stores their keys as settings for the app.
Is my account secure?
Every account uses two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, and you get backup codes in case you lose your phone. Apps are served over HTTPS, and each app gets its own database user and password.
Where are apps hosted?
On Oracle Cloud servers in Israel (Jerusalem region), with backup copies in Frankfurt, Germany. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is there a free trial?
No. Packages start at $9.90 per app per month, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What is the “Live on Project3000” line?
Every app shows a small “Live on Project3000” line at the very bottom of its web pages. It never covers your content.
How do I cancel?
From Your plan in the dashboard, at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period. See the Refund Policy.
How do I get help?
Use the Telegram button at the bottom right of any page. Common questions get an instant answer, and a person replies to the rest within minutes.
